Hi, I’m Leandra Campbell.
Born in South Africa, I moved to Christchurch in August of 2010, and have called it home ever since. I have experienced first-hand the resilience, generosity and sense of community that makes New Zealand unique. These experiences have shaped the way I lead and coach others. I believe that strong relationships, trust and authentic communication are the foundation of every successful team.
Throughout my leadership career, I have strived to be a leader who combines operational excellence with genuine care for the wellbeing of those around me. From leading team development programmes and workplace wellbeing initiatives to coaching individuals through personal and professional growth, I consistently focus on creating environments where people and teams can thrive.
My passion for developing people extends beyond the workplace. As a qualified coach, I have long been interested in helping others build confidence, unlock their potential and create meaningful change. This led me to volunteer as a stylist with Dress for Success, supporting women as they prepare to step confidently into employment and new opportunities—everyone deserves the chance to succeed, and I had the privilege of being a small part of that journey.
I have a love of all things health and wellness and enjoy the simple things that keep me grounded - sharing a good meal with family and friends, listening to inspiring podcasts, learning something new, and taking walks to soak up some sunshine.
My mission is to help New Zealand businesses grow stronger leaders, healthier workplace cultures and teams that genuinely enjoy working together. I believe great leadership starts with people.
People-first leader. Coach. Straight-talker.
My approach
Based in Christchurch, I work with businesses across New Zealand to develop leaders who create workplaces where people feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work.
My approach is practical, genuine and grounded in real-world experience— I know the impact that great leadership can have on company culture and productivity. Leadership isn't about having all the answers; it's about bringing out the best in your people.
-
More than just leadership tools, it is a safe space for new leaders to ask honest questions and get immediate insight on real-life situations they are facing. This results in real time solutions based on the individual needs of the leader and team.
-
Lasting change doesn't happen overnight. Real growth takes time and consistency, showing up for yourself and your team every week and building your foundation of great leadership.
-
Unlike traditional workshops, follow-ups and accountability are built into every session, every week. Growth is built on progress and action.

She helped me stay grounded through some of the toughest moments I've faced leading a team, and the kind of organisational pressure that really tests your judgement and patience. She has a real gift for helping me find clarity and how to help the team when everything feels chaotic and unclear”
